The SuperSting Manager App collects email addresses for account authentication and verification. The app may also collect device location data in the background during marine measurements to know where measurement data was collected. This data is collected and used strictly to improve the functionality and performance of the app and is never shared or sold to third parties.

Personal data collected by the SuperSting Manager App will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.

The SuperSting Manager App takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data, including encryption, firewalls, and access controls.

Individuals have the right to request access to and correction of their data that is collected and processed by the SuperSting Manager App. Some SuperSting purchases come with a tablet pre-loaded with SSM. This version of SSM uses the email address SuperStingxxxx@gmail.com to access the Google Play store to preload the app. We have access to and store this email address as a backup should the customer lose it. It is also provided on a hard copy that is added to the user’s Instruction Manual folder along with their SSM App licenses.
