EarthImager Troubleshooting FAQ
The problem is most likely due to an incorrect Sentinel USB Dongle driver. You will need to install/reinstall/update the driver. Here is the procedure: Download the dongle driver below. First removed the dongle from the USB port. Install the drivers. Restart the computer. Plug in the dongle. Start EarthImager.
- Windows XP
- Server 2003/2008/2012
- Windows 7
- Windows 8 and 8.1 (32 bit and 64 bit)
- Windows 10 is not supported however we have installed the dongle fine our several computers
The problem is likely that you have installed the 32-bit dongle driver while running a 64-bit version of Windows. The solution is to re-install the dongle driver for the appropriate Operating System.
