When EarthImager starts something flashes on the screen...and then nothing?

The problem is most likely due to an incorrect Sentinel USB Dongle driver. You will need to install/reinstall/update the driver. Here is the procedure: Download the dongle driver below. First removed the dongle from the USB port. Install the drivers. Restart the computer. Plug in the dongle. Start EarthImager.

Sentinel USB driver version v7.5.9.0

• Windows XP
• Server 2003/2008/2012
• Vista
• Windows 7
• Windows 8 and 8.1 (32 bit and 64 bit)
• Windows 10 is not supported however we have installed the dongle fine our several computers

Error message: The Sentinel dongle driver not found, cannot install program?

The problem is likely that you have installed the 32-bit dongle driver while running a 64-bit version of Windows. The solution is to re-install the dongle driver for the appropriate Operating System.
